Class Description:
Whether you're just getting started or wanting to improve your spinning, it helps to have a patient teacher to help you troubleshoot in real time. We will be holding drop spinning classes on the first Sundays of each month (the same days as our regularly scheduled spin-in’s) from 11-12:30.
