SweetGeorgia hand-dyed spinning fibre include unique and luxurious blends of wool, merino, bamboo, and silk, beautifully hand-dyed in Vancouver, Canada. From pure silks and wools to vibrantly coloured superwash blends, we strive to provide beautifully hand-dyed fibres of the highest quality. 

Panda is a divinely fluffy and silky blend of 60% superwash merino, 30% bamboo viscose, and 10% nylon. The bamboo viscose fibre does not absorb the dyes that we use and the dye process results in silky white streaks alongside intensely coloured fibre. This blend is ideally suited to spinning your own sock yarns!  100g (approx 3.5 oz) bundles of spinning fibre.

Polwarth+Silk is a decadent hand-dyed spinning fibre blend of 85% super soft Polwarth wool and 15% tussah silk for shimmer. The Polwarth sheep is a mix of 75% Merino (for softness) and 25% Lincoln (longer staple length) and a must-spin in your repertoire! Polwarth is wonderful for felting, so be sure to treat this fibre gently if you don’t want to felt it! Fibres compact during dyeing, so pre-draft a little for better spinning. Hand wash and lay flat to dry. Hand-dyed in professional acid dyes for excellent colourfastness.  100g (approx 3.5 oz) bundles of spinning fibre.
